At the beginning of August, Far Breton Bakery opened a pop-up food truck on the north patio of Garver Feed Mill on Thursdays. In its first two weeks, several items sold out due to high demand, so the bakery has shifted operations to be available every Friday and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. through the end of September..
Far Breton Bakery is known for its signature butter croissants, sugar buns and galettes. Owner Marie Arzel Young crafted Far Breton Bakery with mobility in mind. Rather than a traditional storefront, the bakery operates out of a bakery trailer, bringing Young’s tasty creations to various Wisconsin markets including Eau Claire, Menomonie, Madison and now Garver Feed Mill.
